• Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you promptly.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
